Meet the Notary
My name is Robert Harlan Jr. I have been a resident of Hayward, California for the last seven years. I am originally from Carmichael, California, where I graduated from Rio Americano High School and went on to American River College for an A.S. degree in math and physical science.
Since moving to the East Bay, I have joined the Castro Valley Orchestra. Its members come from the entire Bay Area and come together out of their love for music and to share their talents and passions. I play cello in this orchestra, and I really enjoy the camaraderie among my fellow string players.
